Starting to get to many bags in hallway so time to turn in for deposit. When I got to the machines in the store there was this gentleman waiting at the counter to return 3 glass bottles, he turned to me and said I could have them (I thanked him).

Mondays eyeball finds...
This morning I went to do laundry, after done with the dryers I found/heard a penny rolling around (was a Canadian penny). After there I stopped at the grocery store to check a lottery ticket I found in hubby's pocket (was a non-winner). I spotted a penny on the counter next to the register (I left it be) there was a penny in that same counter on a ledge ( took that one).

Today's hunt in the chilling 20's.
With yesterday being only in the 20's and wind-chill in the single digits todays hunt was near impossible in some locations. Went to several E.Schools, first one was so fozen solid I couldn't even move the woodchips. I packed up and tried another place this time I walked over to see if I could move the chips, they were okay. At this E.School I was popping up quarters and a nickel, here I found $1.55 in a short time after not getting anymore hits I left. Tried another E.School, saw quite a few cars so I didn't stop. Happened at another school saw many cars, didn't stay. The last one for the day (because I was frozen starting to turn blue, LOL!!!) did manage to find .30 cents one dime had to chip out of the frozen woodchips. Hope tomorrow is better, next weekend sure does...

First Day of Spring...
The first day of Spring, I went detecting at one school that has a small playground. Didn't find to much, I did hunt there last year. Today I got some dimes and a few pennies, one dime I thought was silver came out fairly clean but was a 1967, drats...Went to several other schools but there were kids playing at each one so I continued on to the next location. No luck all the kids are enjoying the weather (don't blame them). I normally get out much earlier in the day, this is what happens when I get a late start. Til next time...

Laundry day...
Well, I was off to the laundry mat after watching one of my favorite show (Law and Order, SVU). After the laundry was washed and dried and started folding I looked over to the other counter and spotted a penny (no one nearby, so I went over and picked it up to add to to my collection of found money).
