Saturday Morning...

This morning went to BK's on Dewey Ave. for breakfast with hubby, he had a coffee with breakfast and when finished with it I went to get his free refill. As I was walking to the counter I was scanning the floor, that's when I spotted a dime.

Todays find...

Today was the boring trip to the laundry mat, after everything was washed I went to put into the dryer found a penny. I thought I lost my touch with finding coins at the laundry place. When finished I stopped at Wegmans to pick up a few items, on the way out I went to check the Coin Star, someone was using it when I came in. I found a dime on the floor.

With the weather getting colder, I'm working more on my handmade/handpainted ornaments, I have them on my other blog "Audiz Creations". I don't go out much. My goal is to get back out in the Spring with my metal detector, hoping the pain I have is gone by then.

Fall is in the air...

This morning, stopped at Delta Sonic for some gas car was starting to hit E, in the store I spotted a penny so I went and picked it up. While waiting to pay I saw another penny at one of the checkouts problem someone was standing there, I'm hoping that I be the next one called to that register but another was free so I went to that one. Then I went to Tops, on the way out of the grocery store I saw a dime under a shelf ledge, I picked that up, at first I thought it was a penny.

On the way out...

I stopped for gas at the Delta Sonic, as I was going in to pay for the gas I saw a shiney small circle on the ground it was a dime. After paying I walked back to the car and in the same area I found two more coins, they were pennies.

Another Day at Sea Breeze.

Today we took our son to Sea Breeze, he's been asking to go in the Wave Pool. At the gate on the ground I found a dime below the gate window. found two pennies one was at the cup ride and another found at the Wave pool.

An Afternoon at SeaBreeze...

This afternoon we took our son to SeaBreeze Amusement Park, the weather was cloudy and cool but still a Great day of Smiles. At one of the rides 360 degrees, I was taking pictures of them on the ride after they finished and walked over to me I than spotted a couple of coins on the ground (a dime and 2 pennies). Later, before leaving I saw two girls bend down and pick up three coins, this was at the entrancce of the park.

Thought I spotted a dime

I was looking out of our dining room window and thats when I spotted a coin, looked like a dime. When I got outside to retrieve it I saw that is was a penny, a Zincoln 1991 had some residue on it that made it the color of a dime.

Back to Wal Mart...

This afternoon, I headed back to Wal Mart needed to make a return and pick up a few items. When I got to the checkout two people were ahead of me, while waiting I spotted a dime on the floor just under the ledge of the counter, hope nobody sees it. Yes! they didn't see it, when it came to my turn I bent down to pick it up.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day...

Happy St. Paddy's Day, finally the weather has gotten warmer and I was out doing a little detecting/coin shooting. Also, first day detecting last year started on St. Paddy's day, hmmm wonder if that'll be a good sign that I'll find something good :-) this year . The first day took it slow due to bad back. I went to the park at the beach and searched around in the totlot, didn't find to much but that was expected with it being a long cold winter not many people out. I heard and saw many geese heading north a beautiful sight and sound. Also, spotted several Robins with not getting out much today was the first day I saw them.

My find was from the laundry mat. I was walking around checking the machines for coins, I than went over to the vending machine and checked the return slots, in the snack machine I found a dime in there. Even though I haven't been getting out much this winter, I still find some coins :-)...

This morning my husband spotted a coin on the floor in front of the garbage at MacD's, it was a coin at first he thought it was a nickel but turned out to be a dime. Yes, maybe he will join me in searching for coins, be better if I could get him interested in metal detecting.

Sunday Morning...

This morning we went out for breakfast and some other errands, first stop was to get some gas from the station at the end of the block. I went to pay for the gas and found a dime on the floor just under the counter ledge. With it being very cold and snowy I haven't been out much to find lost coins or to even do some detecting, I'm hoping for an early Spring this year...

Today, my husband and I went out to breakfast the first stop was to get some gas. After I got out of the car to go and pre-pay I saw a shiney dime on the parking lot, so I picked it up... The tempature today is beautiful, if the snow was gone from the ground I would of taken the ACE 250 out and searched at some schools, not today.

A Day of Rest...

This Morning, I decided not to get up before 6 AM. I took it easy this morning and after awhile I went out for a short time to the grocery store. When I got inside the store I went over to the Coin-Star machine and checked the return slot, didn't see anything so I stuck my hand in and found a quarter. When I was done getting what I needed I spotted a dime on the floor in front of a bench by the Exit, I picked that up also...I plan to go detecting tomorrow, hopefully it'll be a quiet night from the neighbors.

This morning on my way out to the beach I stopped for gas, on the way into the store I spotted a penny in front of the door, I picked it up. After paying for the gas and on the way out of the store I again spotted a coin in the same spot, this one was a dime. Hmm, possibly gonna be a Lucky Day...

Lost interest in detecting for the day...

Went out early this morning, one school I checked and nothing found in the TotLot the other week I did good here. The ground was wet from the heavy rain that we had yesterday, after here I decided to go to the beach and search the TotLot there. I didn't come out empty handed but not good. Found something that looks like a wavey ring (junk) and .62 cents, a Sports and Music festival was being set up here at the park so I decided to call it a day and stop.

Happy 4th of July...

Did pretty good today, went to 2 schools but the heat was getting up there, so didn't do more. The 1st school was the one I went to last week and did very good, found more quarters and other coins total at this school $1.21. Found out I find more coins in the grass than the wood chips. I will for sure hit this school again along with a lot of others. Also, found a key ring with 2 keys on it was laying on a bench don't look like car keys, one says Brinks #2664 and the other is a little weird looking no words on it, possibly a bike lock key.

The 2nd school has a very large TotLot, but like the other I didn't find anything in the wood chips, in the grass, yes. Found .76 cents and this silver Rover charm.
