October 10, 2011...Columbus Day find...

I went to AC Moore to get some supplies I had two 50% off coupons but could only use one and was just for Monday. As I walked around I appoached a few people asking if they would like a coupon that I had an extra, one lady accepted so I gave it to her and as I turned to continue shopping I spotted a penny on a stack of card stock, so I grabbed it.

Friday morning eye ball find.

This morning, I went and did laundry as I was waiting for the dryers I spotted a shiney penny on the floor next to the chair I was going to sit in, I picked it up after I sat down. After laundrey I stopped at Wegman's grocery store on the way back to the car I spotted 2 pennies in the Coinstar machine, so I reached in and grabbed them.

Wednesday's finds...

Today, I had some errands to do first was to get some gas from Delta Sonic. After pre-paying I spotted a penny on the floor, I picked it up. When I got to my car on the ground behind the car was another penny, I picked that one up too. Than one of the last stops was to Rite Aide drug store, walkng down the isle I saw a penny on a shelf so I reached over and also took that one. Hey, pennies add up to dollars.

Stopped in at Walmart...

This morning I stopped in at WalMart to get a couple of thing's, while at check out I saw a penny on the floor, when it came to my turn I saw that it was 3 pennies. While the cashier was cashing me out I picked up the pennies, I'm not ashamed it money.

Went to the Dollar Store...

This morning, I stopped at the Dollar store to get some items to redo, as I walked in I spotted a penny on the floor by the register. I went and got a cart than walked over and picked up the penny, didn't want to look odd going right over after coming in the door. Finally decided on what to get went to check out, when done I spotted another penny this time under the ledge by another register, aslo picked that one up. When I went outside on the walkway next to the wall I saw another penny, walked over to pick it up.

This morning, I had to go and get something at WalMart as I was walking to the entrance of the store. I happened to look at the soda machine just out-side, as I looked at the machine on the ground and under the ledge there I saw a round disk as I picked it up saw that it was a quarter.

Breakfast at MacD's

This morning hubby and I went to MacDonald's for breakfast, he ordered breakfast and got my soda from the machine. I told him to get the tray and I'll get my soda, on the way back to the table I spotted a penny inside the bench, so I took it.

My find was from the laundry mat. I was walking around checking the machines for coins, I than went over to the vending machine and checked the return slots, in the snack machine I found a dime in there. Even though I haven't been getting out much this winter, I still find some coins :-)...

New Year's Find

Today my husband and I went out to dinner at a Chinese buffett, we meet our daughter and her boy friend there. We all had a good meal and a good time visiting for tomorrow they are returning back to Los Angeles. On our way out of the resturant I spotted a coin at the entrance door, I waited for everyone to walk out so I could pick it up, was a nickel a 1969S.

Great news, on October 26, 2010 I lost my found money, possibly at the beach. I usually carried the bottle in my purse, when I got home it wasn't in there. Today I found that bottle, I had put it into a container that I throw my loose coins into. I thought it was gone forever, this is gonna be a Good Year.

Walk on the Beach...

After breakfast we went for a walk on the beach. The weather is nice and quite warm but not raining (yet), storm is expected tonight. I scavenged for items to use in my crafts, while looking I spotted a shiney circle reflecting from the sunshine on the sand, I walked over and found a penny, again saw another reflection and another penny, than I spotted some more found a total of five pennies on the surface of the sand...When I got back home I saw that the bottle I put the found money in was missing, I lost it probably at the park (bummer), so the money I found and bottle returns from the beginning of this month to yesterday is lost. To make me feel a little better my husband gave me the money to replace what was lost so I could put into the savings for "Found Money". He's so sweet :-)
